About this project
What it does and how it was built
A members-only app for a private lounge in the Rochester area, and our first client app. Members join by invitation, see what is coming up and RSVP, find each other in a member directory, message privately, and keep a personal log with their own notes and ratings. Push notifications bring them back for an event or an announcement. The owner runs all of it from an admin area inside the same app: a dashboard, member and invite management, announcements and RSVP requests. It is built once with Expo and React Native — one codebase for iPhone and Android — on a hosted database with sign-in, and a CMS for the content the owner edits. The app is in private beta, so this page shows a title card for now; screenshots from a test account will replace it as the beta widens.
Role: Solo developer — app design, build and backend.
