ROC Web Tech is my web development studio. I'm Connor Meador — a Rochester, NY developer and Rochester Institute of Technology graduate. I build custom websites and automation workflows for local businesses — from single-location contractors to multi-location service companies across Monroe County.

My background is in software engineering, which means I approach a business website the same way I'd approach any production system: with a clear spec, clean code, and measurable outcomes.
