About this project

What it does and how it was built

A lead-gen site for a fourth-generation HVAC contractor serving the Rochester area. Heating and cooling emergencies need a phone, not a form, so the hero leads with click-to-call and a clear service list. Service-area structure targets nearby towns, LocalBusiness and FAQ JSON-LD ships site-wide, and the static build keeps it fast on the mobile devices most service calls come from.
